The Site Specific Strategies Symposium is being postponed. The goal of the organizers is to identify an interdisciplinary platform that will seek to advance the role of architecture over the next 3-5 years and educate the various stakeholders involved in the evolution of KM, such as architects, residents, planners, media, government, etc. The new platform and structure under consideration will likely include annual review symposia that will elaborate and expand on ongoing research on and discussion of KM. Το Διεθνές Συμπόσιο Αρχιτεκτονικής Site Specific Strategies αναβάλεται. Σκοπός των διοργανωτών είναι η δημιουργία μιας διεπιστημονικής πλατφόρμας έρευνας, αποκλειστικά αφιερωμένης στην ανάδειξη του ρόλου της αρχιτεκτονικής στην εξέλιξη του Κεραμεικού και Μεταξουργείου (ΚΜ) στα επόμενα 3-5 χρόνια και στόχο την εκπαίδευση όλων των παραγόντων που μπορούν να επηρεάσουν αυτή την εξέλιξη, και ειδικότερα αρχιτέκτονες, κατοίκους, τον Τύπο, φορείς, πολιτεία, επιτροπές, κλπ. Η νέα πλατφόρμα πιθανώς θα περιλαμβάνει ετησία συμπόσια κατά τα οποία θα γίνεται επισκόπηση αλλά και διεύρυνση της συνεχιζόμενης έρευνας και συζήτησης για το ΚΜ.
