A neon sign is placed on a abandoned building
in the quarter of Metaxourgeion, 26 Iassonos, in Athens
a part of the town with brothels and drug addicts.
"The hurricane hasn’t passed" the yellow neon states.
Which deals with the idea “course and effect” in where we could say the fortune teller is the course looking for the effect.
If the house is the course then the effect already has occurred
then the work refleks' on the effect on the building.
