The George Ekonomou Collection
A most precious Collection including works by emblematic modern artists. Exhibited in historical movements (Surrealism, Art Informel, Art Brut, Pop Art, Op Art, Nouveau Realisme, Abstract Expressionism, Neo figurative Art, Neo fauves clearly underlines the process of the 20th century Art.
This is the first show of the Collection with a great number of visitors.
In the frame of the exhibition parallel events are taking place such as art films, free workshops, talks, happenings. Duration: till October 2ndDesign 2011: Ecology- Contemporary Technologies
Group exhibition with real size objects, technical models or web design presented for the first time. They have to be within the scope and narrative of the exhibition. The aim of the project is to showcase feasible three-dimensional proposals that have considered materials and application.
Participation is free. The exhibition curator is the architect, designer and visual artist, Popi Krouska.Tuesday to Saturday 10.00-14.00, 17.00-21.00
